3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to confirmation. Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise. Payment timelines, deposit requirements, and accepted methods will be provided during booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation terms depend on tour type, season, and third-party supplier conditions. If you need to cancel or modify a booking, contact us as soon as possible. Any applicable refund or fee will be communicated in writing.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate personal details, valid travel documents, and any required health information. You must follow local laws, guide instructions, and safety guidance during the tour.
